Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Preparation & Delivery Support:
Assist in preparing materials, schedules, and logistics for training programs.
Ensure training venues (both physical and virtual) are set up properly with all necessary resources.
Coordinate with trainers and guest speakers to confirm availability and assist with the smooth execution of training sessions.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update training records, schedules, and documentation.
Assist in processing training registrations, attendance, and certificates.
Handle communication with trainees regarding schedules, materials, and general inquiries.
Digital Training Support:
Provide real-time technical support to trainers and students during virtual training sessions.
Assist with troubleshooting digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and learning management systems (LMS).
Help ensure all digital training resources are accessible and organized.
Operations Support:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.
Assist in tracking and organizing operational expenses, vendor communications, and other related tasks.
Support project management activities related to the delivery of training programs.
Customer Support (Trainers & Students):
Respond to queries and provide assistance to students and trainers via email, chat, or social media platforms.
Help gather feedback from students and trainers post-training and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college/university program or recently graduated (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Interest in learning about training delivery and educational technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
